Consolidated text of the Statute of the Association after the 2011 amendments, moving the Association's headquarters from Split to Zagreb

The parliamentary Committee competent for questions of the Constitution, Standing Rules and the political system has, pursuant to a conclusion of the Croatian Parliament dated March 15, 2002 as well as its authority pursuant to Art.57 of the parliamentary Standing Rules, in its session held on April 23, 2002 established the consolidated version of the Constitutional Law on the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Croatia. The consolidated version of the Constitutional Law on the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Croatia encompasses the Constitutional Law on the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Croatia (Official Gazette 99/99) as well as the Constitutional Law on Amendments and Modifications of the Constitutional Law on the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Croatia (Official Gazette 29/02), and which documents state the time of their coming into force.

Pursuant to its authority granted by Art.57 of the Standing Rules of the Croatian Parliament, the parliamentary Committee competent for questions of the Constitution, Standing Rules and the political system has, in its session held on April 23, 2001 established the consolidated version of the Constitution of the Republic of Croatia. The consolidated version of the Constitution encompasses the Constitution of the Republic of Croatia (Official Gazette 56/90, 135/97, 8/98 – consolidated version, 113/2000, 124/2000 – consolidated version) as well as the Amendment to the Constitution (Official Gazette 28/2001), and which documents specify the time of their coming into force. In 2010, the aforementioned parliamentary committee has, pursuant to its authority from Art. 57 of the Standing Rules of the Croatian Parliament, in its session held on July 6, 2010 established the consolidated version of the Constitution of the Republic of Croatia (Official Gazette 85/2010). The consolidated version encompasses the text of the Constitution of the Republic of Croatia (Official Gazette 56/90, 135/97, 8/98 – consolidated version, 113/2000, 124/2000 – consolidated version, 28/2001, 41/2001 – consolidated version, 55/2001 – correction) as well as the Amendments of the Constitution of the Republic of Croatia published in the Official Gazette 76/2010. At this moment, no e-translation of this comprehensive amendment is available. A hard copy translation by Professor Branko Smerdel, PhD and Ana Horvat Vuković, PhD, however, was published by Novi informator (Davorka Foretić, ed.) in 2010 (ISBN 978-953-7327-89-7). After this comprehensive amendment of 2010, the Constitution was amended once more on 1 December 2013, by a the passage of the popular initiative referendum that introduced a new par.2 to the constitutional Article 62, defining marriage as a "living union between a woman and man". This amendment received its declaratory confirmation via the Constitutional Court's Decision No. SuP-O-1/2014 from 14 January 2014 (Official Gazette No. 5/2014).
