The book Constitutional Justice and Evolution of Individual Rights was published by Universitatsverlag, Regensburg in 2018, in which works from the XIX. of the International Congress of European and Comparative Constitutional Law held in Kiinjevo on 8-9 June 2017. The editors-in-chief are Rainer Arnold and Alexandru Tănase. Prof. Ph.D.Sc. Biljana Kostadinov in her chapter entitled La constitutionalisation du modle periodique dinterruption de grossesse en Croatie Le jugement de la Cour constitutionnelle de la Rpublique de Croatie numro U-I-60/1991 e.a. du 21 fvrier 2017 presents one of the most important judgments of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Croatia in which this Court ruled on the issue of the permissibility of early termination of pregnancy.
